TERMS OF SERVICE

• Commissions are for personal, non-profit use only.
• For commercial work, contact [email protected]
• Posting or using the commission, credit and link to twitch.tv/toastoes
• ONLY PAYPAL. FULL PAYMENT must be paid after initial sketch.
• Major changes (Pose, outfit, details, etc.) after sketch is approved → extra charges. 
• Refunds and cancellations are not allowed once work has been started.
• I reserve all rights to my artwork and to turn down commissions.

ORDER PROCESS

1. Details discussed via email. 
2. Invoice sent once commission is approved.
3. Initial sketch sent (Sketch stage, revisions allowed).
4. Once payment is received (PAYPAL ONLY), work will continue. 
5. The final piece(s) are delivered.
